Born in 1947 he studies drawing
and painting with Marcel FRABOULET the painter and prepares the Ecole Nationale des
Beaux Arts of Bourges from which he is distinguished 4 years later.
The main part of his profesional career has been as an artistic director and
picture editor in advertising. Georges Artaud resigns from his activity in 1999
and installs himself in the old city of Le Mans for devoting entirely to painting.
He has exposed since in Paris and other towns and won a number of prices for
his realistic work.
